ah sure~
with the hair i always start with a dark color then layer it with brighter versions of the same color and afterward i overlay sections of it with white 2 times uvvu

as for the horns i do normal horn colors and shading uvvu then i put black over it and erase sections of it then lower the opacity uvvu then i section of the horns and do the same as the other shading uvvu then i overlay them with white uvvu
