Learning that your destiny is saving an entire downright trashed and hellish reality inhabited by sentient ponies from an army of gore-inflicting creatures, ruled by an overly evil personification of darkness and a force that defies all laws of man/ponies when you yourself are not right in your head and have bad experience about protecting loved ones, can tend to get yourself a little stressed out.
