a lot of stopping and starting was with this... and I have yet to do a actual digital doodle version on udoodle+
I was gonna name her the actual Japanese term for Eye however I saw a few different translations so ill just call her sekigan meki or just meki for short ( yes I used wordhippo.com for reference, im not sure if it was a stupid choice or not. )

she's not naked 24/7, she wears a long sleeved kimono dress with a scarf to hide her markings and extra eyes, most passerby's think of her as an oracle of some sorts since she usually does make correct predictions and this is usually during the morning, at night her true nature is revealed ( blocking paths and searching for white sclera's to lick or to take )
occasionally she'll walk bare footed in which she does wear socks considering her eyeball markings shift down to her ankles from her thighs
she doesn't at all say she's an oracle but she'll allow humans to make their assumptions no matter how incorrect they're.

she can also use her ability to make predictions to hide from onmyojis, which this makes it very difficult for onmyojis to actually catch her.
the eyeball markings on her legs and arms can convert into actual eyes if she chooses, but this is only if she's engaged in combat

And before you say shit about the nipples, get over it.
everyone has them, they're not really that good for tell difference in gender since for starters each gender doesn't 100% have a variety of nipple shapes, if anything nipples in general can come in a variety of shapes in sizes no matter the gender, if you want something to tell you what gender it is, look for something either dangling between the legs or something that can cause a camel toe.
if its not a boy or a girl however, than its most likely a hermaphrodite, strange but its a thing.
lastly you see your own tits in the shower or mirror, I don't see the point of complaining.
