Description
Rakmus is the deity of the wind, air, wind magic, & levatation. He is the one who controls the winds, clouds, and large wind storms. He teaches cats how to use wind magic. He is quite elusive though and only appears to certain spirit talkers in Serpent's Spur and near the coasts where the wind is the strongest. His whispers can be heard in the winds that blow through these areas. He is also the deity that grants cats the power of levitation that will pass down to their children. He works with Marina to make waves and to calm the sea during peaceful times.
