Origin:

Victor Bein is a young 6-year-old boy who has always taught him to be clean since he was little, he was the most organized and clean young man in all of Royal Woods. For that reason, Victor felt a great hatred for his classmate, Lana Loud.
Lana always manages to dirty Victor's clothes in one way or another, even his smell particles stayed in his clothes (Yes, Victor seriously considers that dirty).

Victor's father, Leonard Bein, was a scientist and he has been working on creating a formula that can clean any surface for a cleaning company he worked for. Victor thought he could use that formula for use in Lana and that she is unable to get dirty again.

When Victor went to his father to ask for the formula, many people with weapons entered Leonard's lab to collect money owed to him. When they threatened to pull the trigger, Victor tried to save his father, but in doing so, he destroyed the machinery and chemicals there.

Surviving the axidente, Victor discovered that his body had gone through a mutant change where his skin had turned blue, lost his hair and could not breathe in an environment that was not 100% clean.

Having got all the cleaning equipment he could, Victor tried to get out of there until he found the project his father was working on, a cleaning ray. But next to him, he saw his father, who was petrified by tons of cold soap, Victor decided to do everything possible to rescue his father (Until he met Ace Savvy and decided to forget that goal from time to time).

Victor had died that day, he was no longer simply Clean, now he his Mr. Clean.

Powers and abilities:

The weapon Victor uses most often is his cleaning ray. A powerful weapon that is loaded with a mixture of soap and several alteration cleaning products to be able to clean dirt from everywhere, to have people in one place and other uses that depends on the specific formula used.

Objectives:

-Rescue his father.

-The death of Ace Savvy.

- Steal money, jewelry, and so on to pay for his father's research.

-Create a clean world.
