Painted to celebrate the kula out in KOF 14.
KOF 14 did not have illustrations. So I have to work on illustration regret. When the final release is hope illustrations are published. As also upload existing costume variant version. ^^

No new hairstyle, unfortunately. Β Since KOF has no regulars in pigtails, I wish Kula gets her hairstyle changed in future KOFs so she would have pigtails, since her hair is long enough for them.

I like 2nd from the right the most. I kinda like her new KOF14 design, except for high heel boots...It really makes no sense to me considering how acrobatic and agile Kula is. Ah well, she is still cool

It's a video game, plus Kula was created she's not a real human being, and if you want to talk about life, in real life people don't always get ballistics when they grow up dude.
