No comparision..I think once Lucario discovered who Mewtwo was a clone of ..he'd run like a baby..at least the Lucario in the anime would..Lucario and the Aura guardians partically worshipped Mew in the 8th movie..I think anything thats related to Mew directly like Mewtwo would get alot of respect from Lucario...I like both but they are far too different to even compare...

Lucario is nothing like Mewtwo, in fact, Lucario is much cooler and more original. Mewtwo is an ugly fetus-like creature. Don't give me that "but mewtwo was one of teh origujunals loolo" because I've been into Pokemon ever since the days of R/B/Y and I never liked Mewtwo.

I'm sorry if this sounds nitpicky but Mewtwo isn't a clone, he's a result of genetic engineering. Notice that clone is an identical copy of something.
They use the term "clone" only because kids understand it a way better than "genetic engineering".

But Lucario can controll aura, wich gives him a little advantage, because Psy-pokemon needs to controll the enemys aura to do mean things with him, like letting him levitate..
