Only three? Lucky! This past school year, we read like 5-6, no joke! Bleh...
Anyways, The Catcher in the Rye is about this kid who got kicked out of his prep school and the adventures he goes on before he finally caves and returns home for the Christmas holidays. I think I explained that right... lol. It's kinda hard to explain, so you should just read it! It's pretty good.

pssht lucky! both of my teachers (like the teacher from each semester) liked to slack off, but we still ended up reading all these books! like the crucible (well, that one was a play), the scarlet letter, the catcher in the rye, the great gatsby, the awaking... all these american classics... my head hurt from reading so much... x___x lol.
