I know it's an old comic, but it's actually quite simple
Shinki = Lucifer (most likely the Megami Tensei one)
Sariel = Actual Sariel, a fallen angel of death, Β sometimes depicted as the son of Samael in some versions.
Okuu = A moron who ate the Yatagarasu, which doesn't have to do with Hell.
Hecatia = Hecate, the Greek Goddess.
β¦ Basically, none of them are really Satan-ish, but Shinki is probably the closest. :T

This comic is pretty funny, what with the punchline of Byakuren showing up out of nowhere to but in her own fan-given status and Utsuho being bad at math. However, I've got to personally disagree with the notion that Shinki is "evil." There's simply no precedent for it. She was only trying to defend herself and her creations when the player showed up, so if anything, it's the player who is evil.
