This is hard to believe, I'm sure, but I have not been out of the house since we spoke about it. However, hubby went shopping for me, and I have risotto and gorgonzola waiting to be concocted tomorrow. I was thinking about throwing in some shrimps...or is that unholy to mix shellfish and cheese?

i think the gorgonzola would kinda cover the taste of the shrimps, but hey it s always interesting to try something new
i cant remember if i mentioned you need to stir constantly with a wooden spoon, to avoid it sticking to the pot lol
