Description Words cannot express my excitement for the upcoming "Legend of Korra" TV show. So I guess that's all I have to say on the matter.

Now, as for this drawing: This is my version of Tenzin at around 12 or 13. I know he's an airbender, and I didn't mean to make it look like he was waterbending, but whatev's.

I used Ball-point Pen and Prisma Color Pencils.

GOD, I can't say how awesome this is. All I know is I could NEVER draw anything this good with a ballpoint pen and colored pencils.

Well, I did, but it's not nearly as good as this. Check it out on my profile. It kinda sux.

My advice would be to find a style you like and copy the images. That's how I got started. If you learn to imitate well, then you'll eventually develop your own style.

You, ma'am, are amazing! The way you tackle colored pencils to get your verison of Tenzin epic makes you have a lot of guts! Here's mine, btw: [link] and I also used a ball point pen for the inking, but I colored him digitally. I used to use colored pencils, but I grew out of it! Anyways, your Tenzin will win! I just got started on the colored pencil phase, and I'm loving it.

I'm kind of bummed with the way this one looks online though. I had to photograph it because my scanner's broken, and the colors didn't turn out right. Oh well. *shrugs*

Honestly, I think your design is my favorite thus-far. I love his clothes and stance, he has the perfect mixture of Water Tribe and Air Nomad in his looks, so right back at ya.
