Very nice! You really nailed the hair, from the awesome shading, to the line work, and even to the back lighting you can find on the hair and neck. Not to mention you are just productive in general.

I do agree, he's got the looks for it. The description I was given was, to sum up, "A slender, sharper-featured, Russian Daniel Craig, with a Roman-esque hairstyle."
I'm sure Ivan would make an excellent villain in many settings. XD
