After Moffat said her story is over and he's happy not bringing her back after TNOTD, and then Matt Smith told Moffat not to hire Alex again... plus, she hasn't filmed any episodes, especially not Moffat's episodes, which means River's not in any of the Series 8 episodes.

He also did say that if the story required her, he'd bring her back. Also, all the episodes she was in had super high ratings, so I can't imagine a show/network ignoring that forever. =^__^= Stay hopeful!

We're petitioning to get her a spinoff! On tumblr, twitter, facebook... Fingers crossed! I'm hoping we can get back everything that she's been stripped of and see her story instead of a few pieces!
