for those that think this is too random.. here is my explanation of the elements

vynil player - its the music, many people including myself listen to music while creating. music is an insane inspiration.. a simple lyric line form a song can spark an idea (bulb) that will result in a masterpiece. Ideas are generated by our brain
heart - on ring finger, Greeks believed there is a vein in the ring finger that's connected to the heart, and it represents love. thats why we now wear wedding rings on that finger, and that shows that we gave our heart to someone else. love inspires all.
zipper - people tend not to listen to advice, they give advice the middle finger. and zipper represents that concept.. take advice from everyone, it never hurts to have another view another perspective on things, in this case art.
coffee and cigarette are stimulants that help us get through creative walls, when you dont have that last piece of energy to stay up all night and work on an important project, coffee to the rescue. And when you need a break to think things over.. you grab a smoke.
