This is not a single photo. I took 36 photo to make this one. 12 for framing the rest of it just for the HDR process. First you must merge them then you need to apply standartd HDR process on it. After that little higlihts and shadow, curve adjustment. I also used a filter while taking a photo. This filter was a GND filter. It balances the light measure difference simply between sky and ground.

Thanks really. I've been there a couple hours twice. That's raining. It's such a small place but nice.

Tork: you are too cool for school. Teach me that moody stuff, and I will teach you how to get into hell and back alive.

I've already been there however I'll keep that in mind. Use the long exposure and lots of contrast and watch the light add some panoramic view you can also try HDR on that as well. Thanks a lot for your offer.

How's it going, Mr Cool? I've got to ask, Tork, what the F were you doing in a backwater like Derby? (Which is how I spotted your talent). God, you look biblical in your photo - so penetrating. You take yourself too seriously, man.
Forget that officer school shit, my fellow war traveller. What are your thoughts on wedding photography? I'm thinking of going that way... it pays, and I need to feed my kids. My wars are gone.

He he hi Neil,
Thanks for it.
I had business meeting near DErby. Actulally place was inside the TOYOTA UK plant.
Actually you're right. We've got to cary on always and try to have a better life by forgetting past. however we shouldn't forget the lesson we learned and cruelst we saw.
Wedding photos good for the many if you do 3-4 times a week. I think it works.
I've done that job it's very boring but anyway as you've already said somebody have to get many for living.
We'll always remember what we saw there and we'll explain to the next generation our experience and lessons.
Now try to be nice and cool man. You and your environment need that.

If you are in action I mean not in a studio you'll need 18-200 mm lens. You cn cover almost everthing with that kind of cheap lenses. You'll definetly need SB-800 flash and good environment to place your couple.Actually I don't remeber any but I'm sure you'll find some in the internet easily.

Environment? You mean fabric backdrop, or nice location for after wedding couple shots? What about flash umbrella?
Don't worry, Tork, I'm getting a big book from Amazon. SB-800 fits on Nikon d50?
Anyway, what are you up to now? I'll guess at manager in a Toyota car factory.
I uploaded a new photo on DA. A junkie shooting up outside a horrible block of flats. At least, I think he is.

I meant nice location for after wedding. If you want to use umbrella and similars you'll need more than one flash and probably an assistant. Of course it works with D50.
I'm plant managar of Toyota supplier.
Flats looks really horrible is that empty? If it is It might be good to have a look inside and taking some photo.

Yes, they are empty. I have a friend who is a senior manager in Toyota, called Richard Tinson. You ever heard of him? Can't get in the flats, unless dressed as a builder. I dress as a builder, LOL.
I feel these days, though, that I have to be careful as I have two babies. Some days I prefer the freedom. Yesterday, Tork, I spoke to a major in the Yugoslav National Army. He is a Bosniak, a Moslim/Muslim. He looked at my work. We both think the root of the war there was the school textbooks... from an early age the Serb kids were told they were different, special. He is going to Bosnia later this month and while there he will find me some school history textbooks; one from before the war, and one from today. He said that todays school history books from Serbia explain the 92-95 war as a war of liberation for Serbs. Even today the lies and the childrens brainwashing continue.
And so I will put it in my work. Have you any examples of Turkish brainwashing against Kurds, Tork? Did you see the lies the government tell once you went to the Diyabakir/Van region, my friend?
