I really like the framing of this shot. Good capture.
I also love the focus of it. The face is so brilliantly clear making it the absolute key feature of the photo, yet being cut out by the frame, making it very interesting. Then the body of the cat blurred... Good effect.
I also like that the whole picture is so balanced.

Awww! :3 My cat [r.i.p] also had only one eye. He didn't loose it in fight- just small children put a nail into his eye, to find out what is on the other side... But with one eye he was olso beautifull and resourceful

So sad! I just red a book "Cat Confidential" (as a cat-carzy-person I think you would like it 
In the book she tells all kinds of cat stories (she's a cat-phychologist) and gives advise to cat-owners.
And at a certain moment she tells about a cat, which two back legs had to be amputated. And the vets wanted to end the life of that cat, but she said that she wanted it to live. And now it's a perfectly happy cat, which even plays, "runs" in the garden and even catches mice (!)!
I think it's a very unusual story, and a story to remember.

Awww he's soo cute, we had a one eyed kitty that showed up one day, we took care of him for a while, a little Russian blue... but then one day he stopped coming around, well he slowly started spending more and more time away from our property... until one day he didn't come back, we like to think he found himself a good home, with someone that doesn't already have ten cats.
I really love this photo though BEAUTIFUL!
