I'm a Cloud & Tifa Fan and a Zack & Aeris/Aerith Fan but I am also mature enough to know and accept other people prefer shipping them all with other characters so don't worry ArtistEwelinaM

BTW if you think Zack & Tifa is random wait until you hear my thoughts...If it was up to me, I'd take Tifa out Final Fantasy 7, drop her off to One Piece and pair her off with (Drum Roll) RORONOA ZORO!!!!! O_o

So yes, even though I'm a big CloTi shipper, I also ship Tifa with Zoro (even though the latter is completely bizarre and extremely unlikely to happen AT ALL)!

I like CloudXTifa AND ZackXTifa! Because CloudXTifa is just so painful to watch and because Zack wanted to be a hero while Tifa wanted to be saved by her hero. They both make sense to me. Umm...in your artist's comments, shouldn't it say that Tifa is saved BY her hero? Saved from sounds like Zack put her in trouble in the first place, but then again, it IS Zack we're talking about

Hey I admit, I don't think they look right together either XD
But it's only because Snow is huge, 6 feet 7 inches to be exact! Serah looks like she could be his little sister... or daughter even

But in the end all that matters is that Snow loves her very much and would do anything to keep her safe
I recently made it through the chapter where Light flips out at Serah after she finds out she has become a l'cie... and decides to marry Snow...

I'm still not sure what made her more angry XD

It seems as though Light completely turned her back on her sister, literally and figuratively.
But Snow vows to protect her no matter what, even if he is all talk
And I think that was when Light decided to hop on the Purge train, after Serah was captured by the Fal'cie I mean.

So Part 2 is worth playing?
I think I will consider buying it then
I did have fun with XIII. The battle system was very enjoyable for me, I like forming strategies with various paradigms and weapon/accessories combinations.
I especially liked the end of random encounters considering that they nearly drove me to the brink of insanity in FFX, as much as I love that game!
And I like how every character is unique in battle.

My biggest issue with the game has to be earning gil, the drop rate for Platinum Ingots is ridiculously low and what makes it worse is that it is the only dependable way to earn enough gil to max out a tier 3 weapon for everyone.

In my most complete file for that game I have something like...
10 Kaiser Knuckles, 4 Magistral Crests, 7 Imperial Armlets, 7 More Dark Matters to spare, and almost 30 Trapezohedrons XD
Those poor Long Guis!
As well as a maxed Tier 3 weapon for everyone including 2 for Sazh
I also got a 5 Star Rank in every mission and a maxed out Crystarium

I did all of this in less than 100 hours playing time.
I think I might upload this save for other people to use
As soon as I find out how!

I'm just a little iffy about having only 2 human characters to choose from in Part 2.
And the thought of random encounters is making me want to reconsider altogether...

But based off of what I've heard, the story seems pretty interesting!
And that's really what makes a game great

And people say that they've fixed most of the issues much of us had with the 1st... I hope one of these issues is farming for Gil XD

I have faith in you sweetie. I think I will try it out, just as soon as I find out how much it's gonna cost to have it shipped from the UK... it's the best price I've found online XD

XD I'd be very much interested in seeing just how Light would try and win a guy over.
For some reason I imagine her being very seductive, maybe it's because I don't see her as being the shy type like so many of the other FF girls.

I'm not sure I can agree with what your saying about Snow and Serah however
because I myself look a bit older than I really am so does that mean that if I become attracted to some cute lady you would never see us as being fit for each other!

I guess it can't be helped if Serah looks like she's around 14 years young and Snow looks like he's in his late 20's, when you look at it that way it is kinda disturbing seeing them together XD

I can't comment on this Noel fellow though. I haven't played part 2 .
Is it a game you would recommend sweetie? I've been thinking about picking it up since it has become much cheaper now.
I really want to see how their stories conclude, but I'm a little put off by the idea of downloadable content...

Yes Light has plenty of 'human' in her, but she does have more than a tendency to shut other people out.
She's the type who will try to deal with her own problems without relying on others, in other words she has trust issues XD

I think that comes from her belief that she has to be strong enough to look after not only herself but her sister.(To me it seems like Serah is the only person she truly loves )

And if you ask me I think trust issues go hand in hand with commitment issues so that only compromises her chances of ever letting a man into her life, romantically XD

Doesn't she just seem like the type of woman who seems uncomfortable with the idea of 'BELONGING' to someone?
I think that's what makes it seem like she really can't stand men more than anything else

XD Snow! I actually kinda like the idea, you know?
I know Light has nailed him square in the face a number of times and constantly insults his intelligence, but it's like the old saying goes 'You always hurt the one you love'... though I don't think it was meant to be taken this literally XD

What I liked most about their relationship is how Light gradually warms up to him throughout the course of the game, once she sees the good in him. I also like how he always looked at her as being his real sister and tried to win her over, even though it seemed as though she would never accept him.

The only thing that really irks me about Snow is how he proclaims himself to be a 'Hero' at the start of the game. Even Vanille said her 1st impression of him was that he was all talk XD

But he makes me laugh on occasion one of my favorite lines of his is "I'm so happy I could cry", he was being really sarcastic!

The more I think about it the more I think he would fit pretty well with Light even though she'd probably rob him of his manhood, one way or the other, if he ever tried to make a pass at her XD

Light can really learn a thing or 2 on how to show a little more compassion towards a man from Tifa

Yes that's one of the points I was trying to make, he doesn't seem to be over Aerith.
But you could argue that it has nothing to do with him being in love with her and he's really most upset with himself for not being able to save her from Sephiroth, I say this because he also has seems to regret not being able to help Zack before he was killed by the army...
Though he certainly seems more bothered by Aerith's death, but maybe it's just 'cause he was closer to her than Zack.

And as far as Aerith is concerned. She does hold Cloud dear to her, but I have heard somewhere that their relationship was intended to be more of the motherly-type than romance... though it's also been mentioned that he reminds her a lot of Zack... so you have to wonder if there was something more going on there.

XD I completely understand where you're coming from. Zack was always willing to help out anyone, and I remember in Crisis Core when he's spending time with Aerith in the slums everyone they came into contact with had nothing but great things to say about Zack, and how lucky Aerith was to have meet such a kindhearted young man.
He was just plain more likable than Cloud has ever been.

Though I have to ask, doesn't it seem a little odd that Tifa would want her own knight in shining armor? She has always come across as independent and a girl who is fully capable of taking care of herself... she's not Rinoa, you know? XD

But I guess I kind of understand that it is a dream that a lot of girls share, many would just like to have someone whom they can depend on and will always be there for them whenever they need them.
... though now that I mention it, I just reminded myself that Cloud actually wanted to become a Soldier so he could prove to Tifa that he could be strong for her... and of course we know that didn't quite go as planned XD!

It was pretty funny to me throughout Crisis Core, watching Cloud fail so hard at just about everything while Zack quickly moved up the ranks to become a SOLDIER 1st class that must've been hard for Cloud fanboys to stomach XD. I admit though I also felt kinda sorry for him...

I completely agree with you on that, people who don't support a certain couple have no business leaving hate-filled comments on someone's artwork. It's not only stupid, it's plain immature. You have the right idea sweetheart.

I myself have actually toyed with the idea of pairing Tifa with other characters such as Squall XD

Sure he might be similar to Cloud in some regards, and truthfully I'm not so sure if he's anymore of a man than he is, but he has at least shown the capacity to love a woman...
and while they didn't interact in Dissidia their battle encounter quotes gave me some ideas Tifa says to him "You won't get anywhere if you keep quiet!" and he says he has no interest in being lectured. I can picture Tifa trying to get him to open up, like Quistis and Rinoa, but he'll remain stubborn until something drastic happens between them... I think it would be pretty interesting to see... I just hope it doesn't take for Tifa to go into a coma for him to finally start showing some heart XD.

OK I'll 1st comment on the pairing itself.

I'm perfectly fine with it...
You can support whatever you want, and no one has any right to object . Even though you're bound to come across some close-minded fanboys/fangirls at one point or another

That being said. I am more or less in support of the idea of Cloud and Tifa but that's really ONLY because Tifa seems to love him so... and of course I want her to be happy...
I'm not hating on Cloud or anything but I do think Tifa deserves MUCH MUCH better...
I mean he just outright ignores her much of the time... and he sure doesn't seem grateful to have her around either, it amazes me how she can remain loyal to someone who treats her like that... a true testament to what an amazing woman she is. And no I do not see this as any blind sense of loyalty on her part, Cloud is the only one acting like a fool here...

Especially in AC, he won't even answer her phone calls because he's too busy clinging to the past, and as nice as Aerith might've been Tifa is every bit as compassionate and loving... and she's been through just as much as he has if you ask me.
Though in Cloud's defense there is the little matter of him possibly dying('cause of the stigma) so he might have reason to be acting so somber. But even then, Tifa said it best "That's not stopping Denzel!", what more can be said about a guy who has less heart than a kid less than half his age?

Bottom line, Cloud just has too much baggage to show Tifa the love and affection she deserves. Frankly he really hasn't done anything to prove he's worthy of her love...

But then that leaves the question of just who is? And based off of the interactions she had with the other males in FFVII no one really stands out as a candidate...
So what choice do non CloudxTifa supporters have than a crossover? They're always pretty fun anyways, and I have to say Zack does seem like someone who would value her feelings doesn't he? Plus he shows much more than a passing interest in girls! Which is more than I can say for Cloud XD.
