Description
i dreamt as such:a line of trees stood as far as the eye could see
by design and by default
their leaves all began at the same point on the trunk
so as to create millions of parallel
bare legs
that allowed to earth to breath
Then with my head turned right
i saw a vast plain
for that moment i wished
it to be filled with sea
and to wash me upside down on the shore
next to a burnt stump
in the sillhouette of the statue
of liberty
and i thought again to myself
as i had dont many nights before
why do we feel
like that the world is getting progessively worse
we are all still destined to die
god once called this "the world without end"
and now i beleive him
