let me elaborate
there was once someone
someone out in golden shores
a young beautiful someone
with black hair
when i would see it
i might think we could be somewhere else
anywhere but a harbor and a gulf
since that is no where right?
but alas she is gone to a thrash wind,
taken up beneath an arm or two
who knows
i think of her
as i walk down a hallway
theres no way to look back
behind myself
but she might be there
