Alright, so 50/50 chance if this goes into any Megaman themed groups. I kinda like but don't like the fanbase at the same time. It seems like a lot of people who are fellow Megaman fans are really cool people, but the Megaman fan groups on Deviantart. Heh... Well, let's just say they're a bit unfair on what art they allow to be put into the groups even if it follows the group imposed guidelines.

In all honesty, I tried to put an early draft of my Megaman OC into 3 different groups, including one dedicated to nothing but OCs. I'm pretty sure I was declined by one and ignored by the other 2. It wasn't even a Mary Sue, it had a detailed bio on her, her abilities and her weaknesses. I put a lot of time and thought into that character, and yet the groups decided to straight up not allow it to be put into their galleries even though it followed their guidelines, and yet they allowed even worse characters those same galleries.

I have since taken the OC draft off of my gallery; I can draw her better now and a few details on her have been tweaked. But the fact that the groups were so willing as to decline my OC with no real reason... It kinda took a blow on my self-esteem, I mean at least some criticism on it would be nice. I'm probably gonna just draw official characters for the time being and attempt putting up my character at a later date.
