Description
There is always more work to do. As night rolls into day, Tesleen remains awake, ever vigilant, ever searching. This time, they let their patrol become the duty of a Vox: trailing prey, keeping an eye on the populations. Searching. Patient. They're exhausted, but this is easy enough. They need to make the most of their every venture outside of sleep.
Tesleen's paws ache. They had dug out more space for the Catacombs as day had fallen into night, and then they had patrolled and discussed matters with their Omen, and now...now, it was day again.
They should be heading back to the Catacombs, but instead, their eyes trail the deer. They don't know, past a certain point, what keeps them glued to the spot-- but they still remain until the deer herd they're watching refuses to have an onlooker any longer.
Perhaps they could nap once they got back home. A nap; nothing more. After that, it was back to work.
Doing some more experimenting with the watercolor feel! I think the sketchy look is more up my alley, but this was fun too! Tesleen, go sleep please ahhhhhh
