Description
Once Kanga was filled in on the situation, the two hopped back to Rabbit's House so they could sew their friend. As a mom, Kanga was an expert at sewing no matter how unusual the situation may be. She took the needles out of her pouch and began to work.

Pooh was just hanging around inside when suddenly he felt a pinch on his backside. It was a strange feeling, as if someone was playing with his bottom half. From time to time, some of the residents of the forest (namely Tigger & Roo) would bounce by Rabbit's Front Door and discuss their thoughts on Pooh's situation. Usually the conversations would begin with "How much longer do you think he'll be in there?" and escalate to a full examination of their friend. Sometimes Roo would hop on top of the bear to enjoy his soft tush and other times Tigger would try to get Pooh out only to make matters worst and jam him more in there. This, along with gobs of honey Pooh had consumed, caused the giant rip on his big bloated bottom.

Kanga began by studying what she would be operating on. She placed her hands on Pooh and checked to see how sturdy he was. Her hands sank down into his enlarged bottom, where she could feel the cotton that had mixed with honey. She peeked into the rip and saw that the stuffing which was usually fluffy white was now a dark honey color. The honey inside had made Pooh a lot heavier and it was only going to get worst if Kanga didn't act quick.
Ten minutes later, the tear was gone and in it's place was brand new string that could withstand anything that bear threw at it. With Pooh Bear's Bottom in better shape than ever before, it was time to check for any rips they could've missed. Rabbit wrapped his hands around Pooh's butt & lifted it as high as he could (something he was used to doing) so Kanga could check his underside. Most of it was stuck in the hole, but the half that was oozing out was fine.

Now that Pooh was back in one piece, it was time to check on him. Winnie the Pooh was unaware of what was going on outside. Imagine how relieved he was when he found out that not only had Rabbit forgave him, but his stitching was now fixed. Sure he didn't know it was ripped, but he was thankful nonetheless. He gave Kanga a big hug and she spent the rest of the day teaching him how to sew.
