This is a great series of images.
Many people are fascinated by the idea of accompanying someone who has consented to be helpless.
Here are some thoughts on how to create a possible scenario in real life. The goal here, however, is to CONCEAL from all casual observers that the volunteer is artificially handicapped.
First of all, the volunteer should be thoroughly gagged, in a manner that cannot be removed simply by pushing with the tongue:

The next step is to impede their hearing:

Now, judiciously add scarves to CONCEAL the fact that they’re deaf and dumb:

Extra layers will further reduce their hearing: eventually a coat worn with the hood up, over the scarves.
Next, discreetly blindfold them:

Now, judiciously add sunglasses to CONCEAL that they’re blind:

They can now evidently still FEEL their way around a room but ideally should have another person (you!) to lead them everywhere, arm-in-arm. You’ll need to have previously agreed a code of non-verbal, non-visual communication, for example, gently tapping their arm when they should start or stop walking, veer to the left or right, etc.
On a cold winter’s day, your now-blind, deaf and dumb companion could therefore be dressed to go out looking something like this, and no casual observer should be any the wiser:

In this state of sensory deprivation, it would evidently be much safer for your companion to walk slowly. This may be ensured if she – or he – wears a narrow skirt or concealed narrow petticoat, to deliberately restrict the size of their steps:

Finally, to prevent “cheating”, it is essential to discreetly deprive her – or him – of the use of their hands. One possible method is shown in the following video. The subject here is in fact a genetic male who is thus forced to wear women’s clothes until released. However, this is CONCEALED from all casual observers; the dénouement is at the end:

(This person is wearing a full-body catsuit under their dress, which is thicker than normal tights and gives more protection against the cold, but imposes a whole additional constraint if worn all day long).
Impeded by restrictive female clothing and with their wrists invisibly secured beneath their coat, your blind, deaf and dumb companion is thus also physically handicapped. (Some people may of course find extra allure in having a male companion who is feminised and helpless).
In summary, in real life it would clearly be easiest to combine all these aspects on a bright, sunny, cold winter’s day. Practice would be needed. Nevertheless it should ultimately be possible to go for a walk outside. Any casual observer will see you with an apparently female companion in a long skirt, hands in coat pockets, wearing scarves, sunglasses, hat or hood. However, as you and your silent companion stroll slowly along together, arm-in-arm, only the two of you will have the excitement of knowing that such observers will not immediately realise that she – or he – is blind, deaf, dumb, physically handicapped and completely helpless.

Time to play "maiden in distress" and get someone to carry her down. Or she could just use the elevator. At least she can use her nose(!!) to push the buttons. Of course this assumes she can bend that far.
