Description
I always loved cyberpunk and dystopian stuff, especially Bladerunner. A friend of mine is in the process of creating a 3d sculpt of a character for Cyberpunk 2077 (as part of a University assessment), but she's lacking inspiration/motivation. I decided I'd draw the character which she described through various stages of moodboards and brainstorming.

Her character is a "Rockergirl" by class; she is officially a musician/singer, unofficially a subversive assassin who utilises her creative talents in order to carry out hits and other sneaky tomfoolery; as such, you can probably guess how the name came about, and why there's a slight nautical undercurrent. All credit to my friend, I just followed her ideas here.

Apologies to all ladies and gentlemen of taste who object to the katana being worn on her back: I agree, a katanas being worn on the back is pure heresy, and I'm a bad person.
