There's not a whole lot to add constructively to this. The style of the art does seem to be a more basic, concept-esque look, which means that a lot of the smaller details aren't left out as a product of skill, but, rather, for ease of getting the project done and to completion.
I like the dynamic pose, I think it calls back to the badass, active heroine type character that seems to have been the origin behind the design. She's scantily clad, but all things considered, it sort of fits with what the character seems to be designed for. The only clothing article that seems out of place is the scarf, and that still adds a distinctive styling element that I imagine is important to the character.
Overall, I believe it accomplishes what was set out for. In that sense, it's perfect. That being said, it does leave someone wanting more, to see a more detailed representation, as all concept art should do.
