Another Shining Force CD fanart. This is Frabell, a boss from Book 1 from the game. Also pretty hard to find some art for reference but through Shining Force Central, I found some official artwork, though in the form of a sketch. Used character sprite for color reference since the sprites are more true to the color palette then the combat animation sprite, or atleast I think. Color was with some good old-fashioned Crayola color pencils.
