Description
This was a value study I started which eventually began to be tinkered with and eventually this came out. I called it New Vision becuase there is a little stylistic preference their I would like to try out in future works.There is a Andrew Jones influence there, definantly.

hehe thanks! I remember when I started this piece years ago, it began as a study following a tutorial. But then afterwards I just kept working it and adding details since I wanted to do more. And since I was following alot the work of Andrew Jones (AndroidJones) and really inspired by his abstract shapes, color blending and overall skill I wanted to apply the same thing with this here, and well, this came out!
About two years ago I began reworking this piece to better reflect my new skills, but never finished it. And then last year I considered continuing working it but left it as it currently is, only made a jpeg of it to remind myself where its at. I should start it anew and enter 2015 with a bang!

Great idea! although I really like this version 
I've been reading a great sci-fi trilogy, Matakeo, by Daniel L Newcomb - have you come across him? Anyway I can imagine a character like this on one of his alien planets. Actually, Β your Ninehart characters kinda reflect how I imagine his Matakeo warriors. Β If you like to read sci-fi at all I recommend these books, Β lots of action, well paced story line, reminds me of what I love about reading star wars.

Thank you. Representation wise, I don't think it has much meaning, except its pretty much something new I would like to try out more often hehe. In regards to technique and methodology. New Vision so to speak.
