Background: Keiko, having abandoning her birth name after being given away to scientists at a young age, now goes by Vanity or Ember, is childhood friends of both Izuku Midoriya and Katsuki Bakugo, long before either entered the Hero school and before Izuku inherited One for All.
Before she was taken away, her Quirk was to use a blue flame, much like Toya Todoroki or 'Dabi', only she could use it to shield herself or someone else while attacking another and turn pink if emotions are high, resulting in a hotter flame.
After being exposed to a series of tests and other horried methods to inhance her Quirk, she now has almost a volcanic reaction with her flames if her emotions are heightened. They start blue, from blue to pink, from pink to a almost a neon pink, and from there they turn white with a flicker of pink. Once beyond they're natural pink flame, she struggles to control it and it will start to burn her.
She is the second strongest Todoroki between Toya and Shoto, and is a year older than Shoto.
Endeavor or Enji Todoroki has always been obsessed with power and surpassing All Might, and after Toya ran away from home, he learned of Keika and Shoto's flame. He never imagined that talking with a man in a white coat would cause more harm than good when he agreed to let them try to make her stronger.
In the ten years Keiko was in the facility, only one year did her father or anyone else wonder what they were doing, then she was seemingly forgotten and the scientists were able to do what they wanted to begin with, and turn the girl into a living weapon.
Once she'd escaped, she neither wanted saving by heroes or to join the villains for revenge for the ungodly expirements. She just wanted to live her life and be left alone, but you can't do that in a world they lived in. You were either seen as a potential villain, or a menace to society if you had a string enough Quirk.
She changed her name to Vanity and often used Ember as an Alias to guard her new found name, and occasionally calls herself the 'Chesire Cat' when cornered by heroes or villains and asked her name.
