Description 'dimensional assault unit'

That's basically a character able to teleport itself at any place in the universe, at any chronological time.

He's a master of distortion and matter usage, as well as the power of using runes crafted by their long lost ancients.

the spikes on his back developp with time, as he gains power and control over the runes he uses.

No seriously, thatΒ΄s really good.Only critique I could give is that if someone/something really could travel through space AND TIME, would it really be humanoid and anyhow armed?
The sad thing about SciFi is that when done realisticly,itΒ΄s about to get plain boring....probably someone with the given specifications would just be an energy ball or something as dull.

An example for what I mean with boring SciFi is Star Wars.Our smartphones would appear SciFi to THEM..itΒ΄s getting harder and harder designing something SciFi that would really be ahead of our technology but still fun..
