Today was of course the day that the largest breed group for the Doberman Pinscher would be holding it's Spring Forward event. There was of course conformation (which Owen had enlisted Darun into), agility and schutzhund. While the other event looked fun, Juinevere had given him the no-go on agility and schutzhund as it wasn't something the dog needed to compete in to win titles.

It had been about two weeks since they landed in the United States, and of course all parties of the Muddled Pale group were home-sick by this point in time. Owen had already decided that he wouldn't let the wallow-about attitude of the dogs get to him or even let it get back to Darun as this was a very important show; the best of the best Doberman Pinschers.

The weather was fair, no doubt. It reminded them of home -- only a little warmer than usual. The field was a nice and vivid green with a row a tulips and daffodils carfully planted, kept and minucured to line the "ring" where all the competitions would take place. It was truly beautiful with all the spring blooming apple and cherry trees blossoming and the square of flowers in the forefront. The sky was just right in a blue-grey tone that put a simple shine on everything under it's gaze. When they stepped out into the ring to show off their only red Doberman, Darun took to and showed them what he was made of.
