Exter is the creator of his universe (dude with the jetpack, bottom right), he creates and does everything he wants. He has no limits in his world, which makes it so much more dangerous cause he cant really decide on anything.

I have always wanted to fly (even though I'm terrified of heights), and honestly I just love the idea that when you draw you have your own little universe where you can do whatever, whenever.
Its freeing to me, and one of the reasons I keep my sanity in school.
