Yeah Flash action script is the key in this one, floating buttons and the other elements look kinda cool, but I gave up on this design, maybe I can come up with some better design and the ideas for the next works [:

About the noise; Original work doesn't have grains; I just used one of my ps actions, and love the color scheme after then, so uploaded the grainy one...
let's consider the grain as an annoying watermark [:
