So, this may be something that'll annoy like 2% of you, but I really don't hate Zilla. While he's not exactly a Godzilla in nature and looks, he's got a great design that had a LOT of potential. I want to draw out that potential with my own take from him in Legendary's Monsterverse.Rather than being Godzilla or a completely different creature, I see him as a subspecies; (Okay Subspecies is the wrong word and I took 5 years to edit it lmao, so no more comments on that yes? Yes.), well no, a distant or more recent cousin, a branch from the same family, such as a Tyrannosaurus in comparison to Daspletosaurus. While smaller, he is durable, agile, and exhibits his own atomic breathe. I will elaborate on this in a character sheet coming up, in the works at the moment.

I agree completely. While the compliants about trying to pass him off as Godzilla are legitimate, he is awesome as his own kaiju. In the comics he actually managed to hold his own against Godzilla, using his superior speed to outmanuever Godzilla's bulk.
