Our eighteenth birthday. A day we’d both been looking forward to for a very long time. Our mother had passed away years ago, and the kingdom had gone without a queen, but as is our custom, we now stand ready to inherit the our birthright. I take a quick glance to my sister, as all heirs of our nation, we’re identical twins. The sages use spells to guarantee such of all first borns of our line.
We walk up, flanked on either side by a row of soldiers in parade armor, here to witness our coronation. It’s thrilling to know what comes today, what we’re looking forwards to. There are more people in the royal hall than either of us have ever seen before, save for the day of our mother’s wake., first followed up on in this image
