This started out sounding pretty funny. It doesnt look as funny here as i thought it would be a week ago. Who knows. Finale coming monday!

as others have already said it wasn't very funny the first time I read at it...then i glanced over it again and couldn't help laughing

I think it doesnt work as a comic. You have to visualize it to the tune of TV for it to be funny, if this were animated, and the right feel were created, it could work a lot easier. I think i was visualizing it that way to begin with and so came out with a disappointing product.

yeah I understand what your saying, its not all that disappointing. For some reason it made me think of the old Dragon Ball Z episodes where it takes 6 weeks of episodes for them to move 3 feet

Definitely a slow burner. Every time i look at it it gets funnier until now i'm laughing out loud. I think it just takes longer to visualise in your head, but its worth the 2nd 3rd and 4th look. Bring on the next instalment!

yeah, good point. That the reader has to visualize like that is probably owing to my lack of skill in setting the tone right.

its brilliant once it's visualised though. It's almost like as a comic strip its not funny but once you play it in your head as a TV cartoon or a radio script (strangely with the voice of Simpsons' Troy McClure in my own imagination) it really works.

At first glance I didn't even laugh at that. Second time around for some reason though I just appreciated the humor and couldn't help laughin.
