Description
Henry McCoy remains much the same in this alternate Marvel Universe. His extremely high level I.Q. allows him to take college level courses while attending the Xavier Institute and he earns his degree in biochemistry, which allows him to accept a position at the Brand Corporation after officially graduating from the Institute and choosing to quit being an active X-Man for a more normal life.

The events that occurred at Brand Corporation with the mutation formula he creates & ingests in this alternate universe involve the Secret Empire (in this universe a small cabal of executive & scientific heads within the Brand Corporation seeking to use their positions to advance plans for global domination) attempting to gain it in order to create enhanced mercenaries for their domination purposes, leading to a prolonged battle between McCoy and the Secret Empire that eventually garners the attention of the Avengers. At the resolution of this conflict the now mutated Beast chose to become a current active member of the Avengers.

McCoy also makes time to be a part instructor at the Xavier Institute whenever his duties as an Avenger allows since he has now abandoned the idea of attempting to live a normal life and has resumed protecting both mutant & non mutant humans as well as promoting co-existence between each other in his role as an Avenger.
