Personality: A mysterious Stryx of changing forms, spoken about in local legends as the Night Phoenix. Small for a Harpia, but with a regal manner of presenting himself and a fierce streak that could make even the largest Gryph think twice about challenging him. While amicable to Riders, he has no desire to be tamed. Attempts have been made, of course, but all have inevitably led to the Night Phoenix simply retreating into the night. The locals have a rumour about his feathers granting the owner good luck, but this is little more than wistful speculation.
