Personality: No one knows how Beloved was hatched or where he came from he just turned up one day in the garden of the local healer woman. Assuming he had been abandoned Granny Rose happily took in the scruffy little stryx chick and quickly became attached to him. At first, she intended to look after him until he was big enough to fend for himself then release him to the wild but very quickly the two formed a strong bond and became pretty much inseparable. When Granny Rose's eyes sight began to fail the old healer woman became more and more reliant on her partially feathered friend to help her. Beloved often picks herbs for her and guilds her to the village and back. Beloved became such as big part of Granny Rose's life that she had her cottage modified, adding a large door and turning most of the inside into one big room so Beloved can come indoors with her.
Beloved is a very gentle bird with a big heart. He is always very careful with his size and where he puts his tail. He hardly ever knocks things over or steps on anything he shouldn't. He loves all humans but has a particular soft spot for children. He will happily sit and coo over a child all day if hes let to. Though he loves people he's not so good with his own kind. He gets a bit socially awkward when comeing face to face with other stryx and dosen't really know how to interact with them.
