Description More Madworld-esque psychopaths, this time with a more restrained style that actually took little time to make. Also, weirdest back-story ever.

Jenny Doughtre... The Human Bullet
-----------------------------
The Flight of the International 44 was a truly awful tragedy. A rogue storm struck the plane in mid-flight, disabling its engines and sending it careening towards the mountains below. The angle and speed of the craft was so great that people were completely sure that there were no survivors, even as teams were sent to survey the wreckage. As the parts were salvaged, news stations all around aired headlines: "Plane Crash. Over 150 dead." Everyone was so sure of the people's demise that it struck such a mighty shock of the world when a lone girl came out, just gripping to life. The woman, who would miraculously recover from such a horrific event, was Jenny Doughtre, a common mechanic now titled the Luckiest Woman alive.

When she was able to walk again, Jenny was brought all around the world; she had become somewhat of an idol, taken to interviews and documentaries surrounding her story. Each interview she gave, much of the answers were much the same; she was grateful to have survived, as well is now enjoying life to its fullest, but deep down she felt something was amiss. Ever since the crash, she could never find herself at all thrilled or excited; her reactions have dulled, she no longer fears things like before, and she often feels as though there is little to be surprised of. She announced that she has no problem taking flights despite many figuring she would stay away from them, and even had begun to take thrill-seeking hobbies such as para-gliding, races, sky-diving and even dangerous travels through the wilds with a custom-made suit. Over time her schedule would be filled to the brim with ever more dangerous stunts, each expected to elicit some reaction from her, but none ever succeeding; once she had even flown a plane, nearly diving into the ground with it and just rising before hitting the surface, nearly repeating the events she survived... yet getting nothing from it.

Over the years Jenny would fade to obscurity, yet her hunger for thrills only grew. Her name would nearly have gone away, hadn't she been found with a dead man. Witnesses claimed she acted in self-defense against a mugger, but there was also the strange detail about her reaction when seeing the corpse while holding her bloodied knife: the fact that for the first time in years, Jenny was now smiling with much excitement. She would be let go shortly after, but what soon followed were a string of murder cases, each more troublesome than the last. At first it began with things like multiple stabbings and gunshots to single targets, grew to include more bodies with each instance, and then further on became more gruesome. After the 28th victim was Jenny finally apprehended, openly begging to continue... her excitement now diminishing. Her time in prison would help, unfortunately, as Jenny would purposefully get into fights, nearly-killing other inmates... long enough for her then renewed thrill to fade once more.

After serving just 3 months in prison to await the death sentence, a riot occurred, and in the chaos only one person had escaped: Jenny Doughtrie. After a nation-wide search, Jenny would disappear again... the only signs pointing towards her escape being a slip of paper written with the phrase: "I accept."

It was often believed that Jenny had most likely gone to hiding, perhaps finding some way to cure her need for thrills. Another year would pass, people would soon forget of Jenny... but they would never get out of their minds the bizarre death of a congressman at his hometown. In one moment he stood there, before a couple hundred people, giving his usual speeches and then right after... his body exploded, everything launched several feet to the east in just a blink of an eye. A lone camera-man was able to get the image of what may have caused such a horrific death amidst the chaos: just moments before the congressman had died, a massive blur was speeding towards him. The best computers would try their hardest to enhance the image, seeing a robotic suit-like object, speeding at speeds of mach-10... and inside many had believed to be the woman with an addiction to thrills and danger...

Jenny Doughtre.

Oh, Jenny's backstory is really intriguing and fantastical. Reminds me of, positively, mind you, of a really well-written, glorified creepypasta.
And the design and idea of her outfit is awesome! Fabulous everything!

Ah.
Well I got a bit of a Captain Vlad feel from her because of how her face is shadowed in the helmet.
BTW I fucking love that effect, good job.
