They usually don't flash..but one was out! NS and IHB and Metra are big time flashers!

The only trains that have flashing ditchlights in my town are only on the ACE F40PH-3C's.

That's how the FRA looks at it! And accident investigators when you run into something or somebody your not supposed to, and they find out you had defective safety equipment...
