I head down to some of the old abandoned coal mines sometimes in southeastern Kentucky. There are several complete towns that are disappearing. I have not shot much of them as I end up down there either in the late evening or winter [which is the most depressing looking time in the world down there].

man you arent kiddin...i love this place...i have been back 4 times and am still findin cool rooms and buildings i missed the first time. i wanna go through that hostipal and tunnels you guys explore up there....that is some great stuff!

it's amazing how we can return to a familiar place and find something new each time. you should definitely try and get to NSH sometime. you would have plenty of people to show you around!
