Shelly is a young orphan shark girl who was once a conjoined twin but her twin abuse her and forced them to do some petty horrible things like stitching shelly mouth shut, cutting their tail off and selling it, and selling a couple of there organs. But her twin died and was remove from her and her mouth. Because of what her twin did she has to go to the hospital a lot and one time she meet Dan and Dave when Dave had to get heart surgery shelly offer of her five heart and the three of them got along. And Rose adopted her as thanks for saving Dave life.

In shelly pass time she like to practice ballet and likes to play the violin. She and Jackie joined a small group called the fire-scouts just for fun. When shelly is with Dan and Dave she feel some kind of new feeling for them and she kind of fell in love with them.
