I ABSOLUTELY want this dress, if you ever make it and feel like donating it... lol, just kidding, it's beautiful! Looks like something out of "Sabriel." (Hope you've read it... :S )

lol i thought so too. and it doesn't seem like it'd be terribly hard to make. i found it on ebay, but i think imma make myself one eventually, but shorter. i'm really short and long dresses like that just make me look even shorter and not nice.

hahaha. it'll be a loooooong time before i even try to make that dress. 1. i've never sewn anything in my life, but that doesn't look terribly difficult. 2. i don't have an income to buy anything with so this has to wait utill i actually have a job. 3. i'm not sure it'll have all of the crissy crossy bits of fabric on the front. it will have that bit of lacing on the side, and it'll have some sort of lacey mesh thing in the top of it, and it'll have the straps. i may do different colors, it'll be shorter, and idk if i'll add any of my own touches to it or not. we'll see.
