Here are the Flower Hmongs from Bac Ha. In Sapa / Cat Cat, there were Three ethnic groups (Red Zao, Black Hmong and another one which I forgot the name... I'm glad you like that one...

You mentioned Flower Hmong, then three tribal groups of which you only remembered Red Dzao, Black Hmong. So could it be Flower Hmong being the third one? Too bad I did not get to see them in their colorful outfits at the market day, because like I had said, it rained the day we arrived at CAt Cat village

There was another. Flower Hmongs are not located is SAPA... You got to go to Bac Ha...
If you browse, you'll see the waterfalls of Cat Cat somewhere Cat Cat is meaning waterfalls in Vietnamese (as a guide told me there)

Isn't Bac Ha near Cat Cat village which is near Sapa? I'm now because the three days we were there, it was raining half of the time and we just sat in the bus going from place to place without seeing much We also went to the waterfalls and climbed up high too. But my guide told us Cat Cat meant miao miao, which means "Chat Chat"

Cat cat is just near SAPA 3km by foot. But Bac Ha is in the area but far. And Flower Hmongs are not located in SAPA but in the BAC HA area...
