Gosh, I must be real lazy lately... I haven't been doing anything : PBut this is now a WIP of who knows what... I don't have a good title for it and I really don't know what to put in that big ol' white space there. I know that I want to have the girl be the only person in the picture and that I wanted this to be all black and white (with the exception of my signature in orange), but that's just about it. My brain went poop soon after I posted this.
(And crap, there's a lot of crap on there that I need to fix before I can even continue. Look at her hands! Look at that crappy attempt to draw an uke! What the hell is wrong with me?!?)
But yeah... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

How about lowering the backgroung buildings a little? This way you'll get the white space filled and your character will stand out against the sky more clearly (but then you'll have to fill the sky space with something, I guess...

That is a really good idea. I'm totally doing that. I had the suggestion of putting birds up in the sky; half of me was like "no!" because my birds look like rabbits (no lie) and because since I've moved here I absolutely stared hating birds (at first it was just dislike, but now it's full blown hate... those things keep me up at night, it's like they don't sleep or something and I bet they do that on purpose too)... woah, ventured a little off topic there...

Birds are a good idea but since you hate them so much... You could arrange the clouds in a nice spiraly whirl or put an airplane (or just its trail) there. You could be banal, but cute, by putting a rainbow there. You could add note signs falling from the uke
