Venus (Guilty Textures)
A free agent that does not act under any gang or authority, Venus makes money as a hired hand for infiltration and subterfuge. Venus' real name is a mystery as she has switched from alias to alias, resulting in her adopting an alias as her newly given name. While infamous, Venus' face, ability, and name remain a mystery save for the highest echelons within the Vitali and various other organizations.
Venus' ability is called Guilty Textures. She is able to peel textures off of any surface and put it on another surface, including herself. Applied surfaces that receive the next texture take upon the properties of the texture from density to hardness, while still maintaining the original surface's properties at the same time. Properties are not mixed, but rather the texture becomes a layer that covers the surface of the object. Textures cannot be removed unless removed by Venus herself.
Upon stealing the texture, the surface with the stolen texture reveals a silvery, opaque, frictionless sheen that Venus frequently uses to a great degree. Venus may also peel away a texture, but not remove it entirely, allowing her to slip between the texture and the silvery, frictionless surface for quick locomotion.
When used on living organism, Venus' ability is akin to pulling off skin and may be used to pull away at fur and skin, skinning a creature alive and without difficulty. When used on a gifted, textures/skin is much harder to remove, the ability only affecting parts of the body that have been expressly touched by her hands and feet. Regardless of the victim, Venus must have physical contact with the texture to remove the surface.
