It's common for the rodent-people of the Animalburg world to have twins/triplets/quadruplets, to the point where they just say "littermate" instead. The word "twins" would only be used on identical twins. If you called Beth or Eddy a twin, they'd look at you funny and tell you to get your eyes checked.The birth order of the siblings is:
1st litter (12 years old): Beth, Eddy
2nd litter (9 years old): Abby, Fuzz, Grub, Leah
