I've always wondered how that 1000 year curse could actually work out.
Does the curse keep you alive for a thousand years to farther torment you?
Does it pass on generation after generation?
Or is it only an exaggeration?

I imagine it would be a generation curse although the staying alive for 1000 years thing sounds pretty tormenting too
