Uploading frenzy from pictures from the Apocalyptica show from yesterday.
Picture 8 of 14.Please bear in mind we were on the balcony on the other end of the venue, so the pics are a bit pixelated.

I had to cut a lil in this pic because only Perttu was sharp.. but I liked Perttu so much that I decided to upload it. ^^

That sacres the shit out of me. The cello is in mid air. Ooooooooh my Jesus. But he, Perttu is holding it. So hopefully his amazingness will not dop it. I hope...

I can't help but think over and over again, that he reminds me of Tuomas Holopainen, as well as Tuomas reminds me of him. Well.. They are almost alike!

I also wanted to say, that all your gallery is great, especially all pics of musicians; I envy you a bit, since I've seen only Apocalyptica and Nightwish. Epica must be adorable live, wonderful band

I've been (and still am!) quite lucky, I agree. Nightwish and Apocalyptica are pretty great live! Did you have the luck to see Nightwish with Tarja? I didn't 
And Epica is amazing live. Go see them if you have the chance!

Well, sure, drawing is also great, it takes effort and gives you pleasure back 
No, I haven't seen them with Tarja. and yes, it's pretty sad, of course Tarja was much better vocalist; but I still enjoy their new songs with Anette very much. But the worst is when she sings older songs live, and it's just... wrong! You hear it, and feel that wrong feeling, I mean, Tarja should be singing them.
However, Marko and Tuomas are always awesome
Whoa, I wish I'll get a chance to see Epica.. well they won't come to my country, unless they become as popular as Nightwish, but, hopefully, I'll go abroad to some fest some day and see them ^^

I couldn't agree more with you. I truly miss Tarja's voice on the old songs. The new ones with Anette are okay, but I still think they could have chosen someone better for the position.. Come on, Anette is barely into metal! Why choose such a woman for a wellknown metal band? Unless they're really changing the direction on the next album, but I hope they won't..

Aww, that's a shame =/ Have faith in Epica though - maybe if you ask them sweetly enough they'll pay you a visit. They're going to Finland too, so it shouldn't be too much of a detour ;D
But I hope you'll see them - I'm pretty sure they'll be worth the trouble!

She doesn't like metal? That's too bad! I mean, how is it even possible not to like metal? 8D
Kidding. But, for real, Anette's voice + metal is not the best combination, she fits best in ballads, like Meadows of Heaven. And they played Wishmaster during the concert - it was, actually, really bad. Not the playing, but her singing - trying to imitate Tarja's operatic voice... and the old Wishmaster is actually one of my favorite NW songs, as their power/symphonic era is also my favorite, so...
If I see Epica, I'd probably drool staring at Simone's hair. I usually drool because of smexy male musicians, but her hair is a gorgeous exception - my, oh my, what hair she has

Apparently she listens to stuff like Justin Timberlake in her free time.. So I reckon metal ain't really her cup of tea ._O;
I know, it was off over here as well. Such a shame! I like her version of The Siren way better - mainly because she doesn't try to imitate Tarja.
Wishmaster is one of the songs I always thought overrated (it's still amazing though), but I just love it at concerts 
Indeed, her hair is SO gorgeous <3 I love it..
