Blenkygender / “WHYTHEFUCKISTHERESNOWGENDER”
A gender related to sudden/unexpected/out-of-season snow, OR a gender that abruptly becomes cold.
This was inspired by one weekend mid-October where, on a day where it was pleasantly warm, I walked out of the laundromat to get snowed on. Hence the “whythefuckistheresnowgender” name, but if someone identifies as this and genuinely likes that, go right ahead and use the “funny” name. The other name comes from “blenky,” which is an old word that means “to snow very lightly,” and is (likely) derived from blenks, an 18th-century word for ashes or cinders.
Flag meanings: General blue tones for ice and snow, and “wavy” stripes to represent snow slush. It takes some colors from the haglskurine flag because of their similarities/relation in both being about sudden cold weather!🚫 DNI is here 🚫 (Thank you for respecting my boundaries!)
